These eco friendly, Fair Trade, handwoven waffle bath towels are made on four-harness looms. This technique enables the weavers to make the three-dimensional waffle weave. Few Ethiopian weavers know this kind of weaving and Sabahar has worked to train the weavers to be able to work with four foot pedals instead of two in order to create the luxurious texture in these towels. They are machine washable, absorbent and very durable. They are hemmed on two sides.
