Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your items from Aerabesque!

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at aerabesquefc@gmail.com or call at 970.988.8079.

Thank you for noting the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase in person or online.
Items must be in new condition with tags attached, no visible signs of use or wear.
Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return an item back to Aerabesque--we will ship an exchange item to you at no charge!
Refunds will be applied within 5 business days upon receipt of returnable item(s), via the tender in which the original sale was made.
